1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The seller of digital content on pizzakornel.com is Kornel Mateusz Kumański, residing in Morawica (26-026), Poland, email: kornel.kumanski@gmail.com.
  • The sale is conducted as a non-registered activity under Polish law.
  • All prices listed on the website are gross prices (total amount).
  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All products and content are the intellectual property of the Seller. Purchase grants a single-user license only. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of the materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY

  • Products offered in the store (E-books in PDF format, Video Courses) are digital products.
  • All digital products (E-books, Videos, Community access) are provided in English and/or Polish. By purchasing, the Customer confirms they understand and accept that no other language versions are available.
  • Delivery occurs automatically and immediately after payment confirmation via Stripe.
  • The customer receives access to the materials electronically (via a download link or access to a Google Drive folder).
  • DISCLAIMER. The Seller provides information and techniques for educational purposes. Individual results may vary depending on equipment, ingredients, and personal skill. The Seller is not responsible for any failed bakes or equipment damage.
  • TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS. To use the products, the Customer needs a device capable of opening PDF files and access to a web browser (Google Drive) to watch videos and needs to have access to Telegram in case of “THE VIP PASS: Ultimate Pizza Mastery”.

3. COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

  • By purchasing, the Customer consents to the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
  • Due to the nature of digital products (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), the Customer loses the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access to the content has begun, provided they consented to immediate delivery (according to Art. 38, point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act).
  • In case of technical issues with accessing files, the Customer is obliged to report the problem to: kornel.kumanski@gmail.com.
  • The Seller has 14 days to resolve the technical issue. If the repair is not possible, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  • The Administrator of personal data (name, email) is the Seller. Data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and sending the free ebook (if consented). The Customer has the right to access and delete their data.

  • Sprzedaż odbywa się w ramach działalności nierejestrowanej zgodnie z przepisami prawa polskiego.
  • Ceny podane na stronie są cenami brutto (całkowitymi).
  • WŁASNOŚĆ INTELEKTUALNA. Wszystkie produkty i treści są własnością intelektualną Sprzedawcy. Zakup uprawnia do korzystania z nich wyłącznie przez jednego użytkownika. Rozpowszechnianie, udostępnianie lub odsprzedaż materiałów jest surowo zabronione.

2. REALIZACJA ZAMÓWIENIA I DOSTAWA

  • Produkty oferowane w sklepie (E-booki PDF, Kursy Wideo) są produktami cyfrowymi.
  • Wszystkie produkty cyfrowe (E-booki, Wideo, dostęp do społeczności) są dostarczane w języku angielskim i/lub polskim. Dokonując zakupu, Klient potwierdza, że rozumie i akceptuje brak wersji w innych językach.
  • Dostarczenie produktu następuje automatycznie i natychmiastowo po potwierdzeniu płatności przez operatora Stripe.
  • Klient otrzymuje dostęp do materiałów drogą elektroniczną (link do pobrania lub dostęp do folderu Google Drive).
  • WYŁĄCZENIE ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCI. Sprzedawca dostarcza informacje w celach edukacyjnych. Wyniki mogą się różnić w zależności od użytego sprzętu, składników i umiejętności. Sprzedawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieudane wypieki lub uszkodzenia sprzętu.
  • WYMAGANIA TECHNICZNE. Do korzystania z produktów Klient potrzebuje urządzenia obsługującego pliki PDF oraz dostępu do przeglądarki internetowej (Google Drive) w celu odtworzenia materiałów wideo. W przypadku zakupu pakietu „THE VIP PASS: Ultimate Pizza Mastery”, wymagane jest posiadanie dostępu do aplikacji Telegram.

3. REKLAMACJE I ZWROTY

  • Dokonując zakupu, Klient wyraża zgodę na dostarczenie treści cyfrowych przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia od umowy.
  • Ze względu na charakter produktów (treści cyfrowe, które nie są zapisane na nośniku materialnym), Klient traci prawo do odstąpienia od umowy w ciągu 14 dni, jeżeli pobieranie lub korzystanie z produktu rozpoczęło się przed upływem tego terminu (zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta).
  • W przypadku problemów technicznych z dostępem do plików, Klient zobowiązany jest zgłosić problem na adres: kornel.kumanski@gmail.com.
  • Sprzedawca ma 14 dni na usunięcie usterki technicznej. Jeżeli naprawa nie będzie możliwa, Klientowi przysługuje prawo do zwrotu pieniędzy.

4. OCHRONA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Administratorem danych osobowych (imię, e-mail) jest Sprzedawca. Dane są wykorzystywane wyłącznie w celu realizacji zamówienia oraz wysyłki darmowego e-booka (jeśli wyrażono zgodę). Klient ma prawo do wglądu i usunięcia swoich danych.
